STORE POLICY

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Tavish Hair Collection is not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen during/after delivery. Signatures and valid ID may be requested at the time of delivery, so please ensure that your address has been entered correctly at the time of purchase.

 

We entrust USPS to process and deliver your packages. So, if you experience a problem with the delivery of your package, please consult your local office so they can reconcile the issue. 

 

We ONLY ship to addresses that are confirmed. 

 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. All of our orders are subject to signature confirmation, therefore, it must be a residential or business address. If any order has a P.O. Box, the order will be cancelled.

Tavish Hair Collection is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent your information to any other parties.

FORMS OF PAYMENT 

We allow payments for our bundles, etc to be made using all major Credit cards, Paypal, Cashapp, and Cash.
